Alert Radar Difference between Mobile Scanner and Radar Detector?
Hi! I was looking up the laws for these for Indiana and I found that scanners are illegal and detectors are not. I just bought a Cobra and I believe it's a Radar Detector... it's the one that alerts me when police are near by. Is this a scanner or detector? What does each do?
