does a misdeamour affect you from getting a badge at the ft lauderdale airport?
i was arrested in 2005 on domestic violence, but the case was thrown out, because it happen by accident and my husband did not press charges.
I would guess Yes. I was with a co worker who had a domestic violence case thrown out 12 years ago, and he could not get a badge for Port of Miami. In fact, the 2 police officers came to nicely remove him the day he applied.
