Band Readout
why won't my MP3 player play a certain band's music?
so, I have a windows media player that says, MP3/WMA/REC/FM on it. This is similar to an ipod, but takes a AAA battery and has a USB port on it that is also a flash drive. All music that I have ripped onto my computer I simply transfer to this MP3 player like you would a flash drive and it plays music. When I try to load a 2 albums from WEEZER and it won't play their songs and the digital readout just says "unknown format". I have tried burning their music to a CD and then ripping it back to my computer and then transferring onto the MP3 player and still no such luck. The files that work and the files that don't work are both WMA.
fledchen, I checked into all of your suggestions. In doing so, I also saw it says "Protected: no"
Some players freak out if the names of files are too long or if they have unusual characters. Is there anything in any of the file names or IE3 tags (the stuff in the file that says what the band/album/track name/year/etc. is) that has an usual character? Something as simple as an accent over a letter might be confusing the player. I've had a similar problem with a VictorReader Stream.

I heard a song on the XM Radio station in a car with my family a few months ago, according to the readout the song was Paul Henry Died Today. As far as I remember some of the lyrics were;

I have not been able to find the full lyrics, band or the song on any search on Google or Limewire.
Help would be GREATLY appreciated, as I really liked this song.
