Baseball Speed Gun Carnival
is the speed pitch radar gun rigged at carnivals?
i was wondering if the speed pitch carnival games are rigged with weighted balls or he adjust the gun.(well i know they are rigged but by how much) i play baseball and last year i was clocked in at 88 mph and probably throw a little harder now. when i played the game if u hit above 80mph you got a jersey.
so i played the game three times and hit 9 pitches hit 79 about 6 and 77 2 78 once but everytime after the first pitch i would throw it and it would register like 26 and he would let me go again because the gun screwed up but hed mess with it is this when he riggs it?
chances are its rigged or its just crappy equiptment. years ago there were 4 different speed pitches on the same boardwal and your speed would vary 5-10 mph from spot to spot. but i can almost gaurentee you if there was a prize involved there was some kind of hustle with the gun.
