Battery Holder Black
How does an analog clock work?
It has the following in it.
a battery holder
magnetic wire wrapped in a cylinder form
some type of black cyclinder (on the top shows a positive + sign) (what is this)
a small circuit board
gears
im not sure what the magnetic wire and black cylinder are for?
the black cylinder could be a capacitor, but I doubt that. It is most likely the quartz crystal that controls the oscillator that gets divided down to 60Hz and finally, 1 Hz. The circuit board is the clock oscillator.
I don't know about the magnet wire coil, perhaps an antenna for a WWVB receiver, or the clock my be set remotely as in a school system clock.

Will AT&T cover water...well (tea) damage on my Black Jack II?
I have had the black jack ii for a year and 7 months. I had my phone in one cup holder in my car and a put a Styrofoam cup of tea in the other holder. The cup got a hole in it and filled up the other holder with tea. When I noticed my phone was in tea the screen was white and there was tea in the screen, I took the battery out and tried to shake all the liquid out. I doubt there is any hope for my phone but is there any way AT&T will cover my phone? I have had insurance on the phone the WHOLE time I've had it.
AT&T can't help you as it is Out Of Warranty for 2 reasons:
1. It is over a year old
2. It has liquid damage

Have not yet been able to empty the olive oil container. Is there an alternative? Some guys that shot mono at night said there were coytees — did they bother you?
