Battery Operated Radar

I can't remember the name of a sound effect toy that was made in the 80-90's that helped w/ road rage.........
It was a little black box (battery operated - 2 AA's) that you could mount on your dashboard (looked like a radar dectector). It had a power switch and 4 buttons (grey buttons shaped like a circle, square, triangle, etc.), each for a different sound effect. There was a machine gun sound, hand grenade bombing sound, and 2 other sounds I can't remember. You pressed a button to make the sound "as if" you were shooting a bad driver in front you. Sort of a road rage sim.
I'm hoping I can find one on eBay or else where on the 'net.
I remember something like this. I think it was called The Revenger.

1960s Modern Toys Early Distant Warning Radar Station
How do people hide the newest GPS units in cars?
I want to hear from private investigators or anti-spyware / counter surveillance salesmen here on the net. If someone puts a GPS tracker in someone else's car I would like to know where they hide the wired AND battery operated ones. I also want to know how to test a GPS detector. Can a radar detector (Fuzz Buster) give a false positive? How do I get a GPS blocker that blocks high frequency gps units? How can I test a GPS blocker to make sure it's really working? What part of the car would a wired GPS unit be wired to? Where do P.I.s like to hide them? Got any more useful info? Fake or snotty answers will be reported to admin. Creeps use cheap spyware to bother women all the time. Look it up if you don't believe me. I want to find one, not plant one. I refuse to explain why for personal reasons, but I would really appreciate some real answers to my questions.
Wheel arches and under bumpers for battery operated ones.
Ones wired into the car take a lot longer to install but could be under the hood or behind the dash, just about anywhere that has space to for the unit.
Detectors - most trackers will use a cell phone link to get the data back to the outside world. So you would need anything that can detect an active cell phone. You would need to do this scan while driving since most trackers will switch off if not moving in order to save power. Obviously make sure your phone is off at the time.
If they are deliberately trying to avoid detection and don't need real time information then the unit could log the position and send it out as a burst of data at some random time making it almost impossible to detect. Or the tracker could only ever log where you go, the person who placed it then needs to remove the device from your car to get that log but since there are then no transmitters at all there would be no ways to detect it electronically.
Radar detectors won't work, different frequencies.
Assuming no one would have had the time to wire one in behind the dash the best way to find and GPS tracker is simply to take a close look at the underside of your car. You could always go to a garage and ask them to put the car up on a lift so that it's easier to look.
Blocking GPS - Not such a good idea unless you want to get into trouble with the FCC. It's illegal. For some reason they take the deliberate interference with a military signal that is vital to national infrastructure rather seriously.
