Dark window tint/UV protection prevent a radar detector from working?
I have limo tint (5%) on my back 3 windows and 50% on my front 2 plus windshield. The windshield is also UV protected. Does the window tint or UV protection prevent a radar detector from working? Specifically a beltronics RX65?
Where is the best place to mount the detector? I've seen some people mount it right behind their rearview mirror and others have it low on te window near the dash..
