How do you know if he's serious when he says he loves you?
I get really confused, My ex will treat me like a booty call, and then sometimes out of the blue he will tell me how much he loves me and misses me, and stuff. and then later he'll just stop saying stuff like that, and just act like im nothing to him. and i ask him point blank if he loves me, and he says he does. how do i know if he means it, or if he's just saying it to get sex.

I had the exact same circumstance with my previous boyfriend. We were dating off and on for a year, but it was base on intercourse. He did the same thing as you mentioned, he uses you for intercourse, then he tells you that he loves you, and you mean the world to him. The next minute he feels that he's invisible. I know how you feel in terms of this because I just got out of that kind of relation.
I learnt it the cruelest way, however it did benefited me in the long run. Unfortunately I can't tell you for certain if he truly means that he loves you or not. I can however tell you to be very careful. In my perspective, I honestly feel that he may be toying you for sex; he's using your vulnerability as a way to convince you into continuing this "only - sex" relation.
I understand how hard it is to hear this, and I been through this as well. The emotions that we feel in terms of this individual who we think we love, and enjoy can just be there for the physical things. A relationship should NOT be base on physical attraction - it should honestly be base upon your emotions, and feelings.
In my perspective, to him this is all a game to him because he knows that he can use you, and then despite he's distant from you afterwards, he can use you again. It's like a cycle that continues until one of you wakes up and confront the matter. In this case, you must confront him with your concerns. Of course he may lie to you that he is not using you for intercourse. However, you feel it in your heart.
It broke my heart when my heart felt deep down that he was using me for intercourse - that's why I want to reach out and covey you this message, because I endured this. It's easier said than done - you deserve a man who will respect you and love you for you!!

Blue Cross spay vouchers?
When I got my dog we got her spayed for free with a voucher from blue cross. Now I always assumed that this was because she was rescued from BYB's and that from their point of view it would be a charitable act to ensure her health.
However my friend got a puppy a few weeks ago and wants to get it spayed and she says that she heard you can get them for any dog all you have to do is ask, and she wants me to do it because I got one before.
I just want to check if other people have heard anything about this before I ring and ask. Has anyone else got one of these vouchers or do you know anyone else who has?
Blue cross vouchers are for those receiving BENEFITS. does your friend get benefits? No? then don't you dare pull some fraud just because she's too cheap to pay the bill herself or go through a program for low income households.
