Camera Infrared
Where can I buy a infrared camera?
I want to buy a good infrared color spectrum camera because in the summer I work as a ghost tour guide. Now, I don't believe in ghosts but it would be a nifty thing to have while giving the tour, and who knows maybe I'll get something. I was thinking of buying a brand SVP off ebay, but reviews say it can be bad. Any suggestions?

Will my Infrared Camera Operate behind glass?
I have an IP camera that I want to use to monitor my yard. It will only operate to 32F while the temperatures here can get down to -25F. If I put it in my garage looking out will it still operate in low light and take the picture in my yard?

And the reason you have not tested your camera is? That is the best way, you know.
The IP cameras I have used, have the IR source within the design of the camera. There is a possibility that the glass could reflect the IR light unless the camera is in contact with the glass. You can use a silicone adhesive to attach the camera to the glass with no damage to it. If your "window" is dual glazed, then the heat difference between the inside and out will be enough to keep the camera within its operating temperature range
