Switched lenses without turning off camera?
Hey guys,
I just switched lenses on my Nikon D80 dSLR when trying out my dad's old 35mm lenses, and afterwards i noticed that i had accidently left the camera turned on (it must have been from the excitement of trying out my dad's 600 dollar lenses). I know in the instruction manual it says NOT to do this, but is this any different from just switching lenses? Should i reset the system?
I know it's a stupid question, but i'd rather just make sure that it's ok.
When the camera is turned on the sensor has a tiny electrical charge that attracts dust. Any dust can be cleaned of course, but why attract dust if you don't have to. Changing lenses when the camera is turned on will not cause any permanent damage.

Why isnt my dsi camera working?
Ok ,so i go to my Dsi camera,i touch the camera button on screen,and i expected it to go to the screen that lets you take picture and instead i get a black screen saying "An error has occured.Press and hold the Power Button to turn the system off. Please see the Nintendo DSi Operations Manual for help troubleshooting." Well heres the thing... I lost the Manual!!! Please help me please.Thanx
