Cap Stinger
Capacitor Q when charging it makes a loud high pitch sound is this normal?

Any idea why it does this?

Stinger 1 farred cap.
Running the Power from batt to a 4 way distrabution block then to the capacitor. The earth wire is less then 180 cm long
when you are charging it it is normal to hear the capacitor making noise.

Stinger Tools - Install House Wrap & Roof Felt
My amp gets to hot! I need help!?
Ok so first of all I got:
1000 RMS Pioneer Premier Pro Sub DVC 4 Ohm
Hooked up to a Alpine MRP-M1000 2 OHM-1000 RMS
Also got a Stinger 1 Farad Cap hooked up
So I have got help from other audio guys and tried many things but this amp gets so friggen hot so fast i dont understand! I have 2 fans hooked up and the amp right in the middle of my trunk so theres plenty of airflow. I have checked my wiring over and over and everything really is good. It's all hooked up into a 2 OHM load. I have checked it a couple times to make sure everything is right and so has one other audio guy. I used all proper wiring and made sure all connections are perfect. I just got a connection 100 Amp fuse for my system to. I have changed deck settings and tunned everything several times and still the amp doesnt ever stop heating up so fast. I know amps are suppose get hot but not this fast. Any pointers from anyone would be helpful. Thanks!
What gauge wiring u using should be 4 gauge, 1000rms, if your going to push it loud better put a bigger amp fuse in. I had 1000rms and had to have 150amp fuse.
