I have now passed 3 cop cars in town and it didn't alarm me. was there radar gun not on or is the cobra broke. can cops turn off their radar?
Police cars now have a 360 degree laser to track speed instead. They may have been using the laser instead of a radar gun. Some detectors pick up laser/radar signals.

Car Charging (phone, gps, etc.) Suggestions?
Looking for the car tech people to help me out here. I'm looking to car some of my things in my car, especially my iPhone 4 as I go through the battery fairly quickly. I also have a radar detector that needs to be plugged in, a GPS that I use from time to time that needs to be plugged in about half of that time.
Just curious on what you products you guys suggest. I have a DC voltage adapter in my center glove box/center console as well as another in the front passenger's side. I was thinking about using the product below for my Iphone and then I'll have two extra AC adapters for whatever else and then buy a splitter for my gps and radar detector. Any suggestions would be great.
