My husband is the primary account holder on a family cell phone plan. Our 19 year old daughter has charged?
My husband is the primary account holder on a family cell phone plan. Our 19 year old daughter has charged over $600 on her line. Is there any way to make her solely responsible for these charges, and prevent this from affecting my husband's credit?
There is nothing you can do with things that have already transpired. Your husband will be responsible for any charges to date. To protect his credit, he will have to pay it.
Even if your husband had an agreement (preferable written, as it is easier to prove) with your daughter that indicated she would pay for her own charges, your husband is still responsible to the phone company. If such an agreement existed he could take your daughter to court and get a judgment in his favor. She would then owe your husband $600.
If no agreement exists there is really no way to recoup the expense that your husband owes to the phone company.
To prevent recurrences, your best course of action is to remove her from the plan all together. She is can then go get her own account, or a prepaid phone or whatever.

how do i remove yahoo alerts from my cell phone if the previous holder of the number signed up for them?
i recently got married and my husband put me on his cingular plan, upon acctivating my phone i starting recieving yahoo alerts in which the previous wireless number carrier had signed up for, which has become quite bothersome to me. i have tried to sign up for the alerts so i could cancel them but it will not allow me to remove the previous alerts to customize my own.
Here is the Yahoo Mobile help page with instructions on how to cancel all alerts to your phone if your number has been recycled so you can start from scratch:
