Executions - Why do they employ methods that can fail like hanging or the electric chair? Why don't they do?

A collection bag is inside a vacuum system. The collection bag is connected to a syringe needle which is suppose to be pierced into the condemned person's jugular vein. The condemned receives a shot of tranquilizer that will cause their mind to go blank and pass out. Then the blood collector needle is inserted and the device is activated, draining the blood until they go into shock. The blood is kept outside of the person's body until their brain shuts down and they are pronounced dead. Then the blood is mixed with sulfuric acid and pumped back into the person's dead body just in case.
Here in the U.S. we have a right not to suffer from cruel and inhuman treatment. And the method you describe could be very painful. Yes if it works correctly they will be anesthetized during the procedure but it has as much or more failure possibilities in that happening as any of the current methods. If you just want to be sure it will kill them go back to the guillotine, it was quick cheap and very few live with their heads cut off.

in floor cleaning how to absorb stagnant water?
in my kitchen there is no drain hole.hence water gets pooled and remains stagnant. if i use cloth to absorb them and drain in my wash basin, its a huge task! daily...rather i could not find a wet vacuum cleaner for domestic use....also its very slippery due to daily water collection and frequent falls occur. pls help me out of this damn thing
the water is not a result of leak....while washing vessels in the sink, it spills away.....and after an hour of washing, the little spills join hands together to form a pond.....thanks for any replies
Gosh, find out what the problem is and fix it. Water should NOT be sitting around on anyones floor....period.
