Any IT guys there? I need ideas on a MIS ( MANAGEMENT IFORMATION SYSTEM)?
I need to implement a management Information system that can handle a multinational enterprice which deals in stock controls, inventory, reports, data storage and retrieval. I need something which has its main control and head office, with branches in various countries.....any ideas? please advise ASAP
A lot depends on how soon you need the MIS and how personalised to the company it needs to be.
There are several generic MIS's out there that can be brought and configured to your needs, as suggested above you can search the internet for these.
If however, you need to design and configure your MIS in very specific ways then you will need to hire programmers to create a custom MIS.
Based on your initial specifications I would suggest using Java Enterprise Beans (J2EE) as the development language.

is there any software to control where the CD/DVD rom laser head reads data?
ive burned some important projects to a DVD using nero, after the burn was "successful completed" i foolishly deleted the files before cheking out the burning result (emptied recycle bin too T.T). turns out the burning was faulty, DVD cannot be detected. but ive notice the darken area (burned mark) was in the middle of the disk. is there any way to instruct the reader head to that area?
no i don't know which software can control you logic boards.
