Cop Fire Tool
Can someone messing with your outside cable wires cause a fire?
I've spotted him twice and he had tools with him both times. I need to be sure if I want to call the cops and tell them or can I get some kind of cover for these wires so they can be more protected? I'm furious but if I can solve this diplomatically, I may not have to call 911.
wHAT KIND OF CABLE? Electric, TV/Internet, Phone? All 3? Hell yes make a police report. The idiot is probably trying to steel the copper. He cant afford gas so he steels wiring.

is a blessing in disguise. Why aren't troubles and problems accepted openly as valuable growth points? How would this impact someone's thoughts of God? Would evil truly be a tool of good as a way to punish like a parent would a child?
Ex. getting caught speeding by a cop, which down the road prevents someone from speeding and dying.
or
getting fired from a job to prevent an accident on the way to work that could've happened.
God is a lie, what you are talking about with your examples are two entirely different things.
Your first example, "getting caught speeding" is what it was originally meant to do. Prevent people from speeding in the future so they don’t kill anyone.
Your second example is ludicrous and the work of a sick mind. What you are suggestion is a form of predetermined destiny that is altered by someone or something to change the outcome. You might as well believe in pixies dust and crystal gazing too.
EVIL is never a blessing.
Unpleasant and bad things happen because they do. Not for a reason and not to help us. We as individual can choose to make the best out of the worst situation and thus make them meaningful and beneficial, but that is up to us. They situations themselves are just what they are... happenings that affect us.
Look at it this way. Branches fall of trees all the time. If you park under a tree then it is p[possible that a branch will hit your car. If it doesn’t, then the branch didn't experience the conditions necessary to make it fall. If it did fall on your car, then the conditions were met and the branch fell. It wasn't the will of god or a giant troll monster that broke the branch or any other flights of fancy. End of story.
