What's the BEST Radar Detector Out there?
My parents have used Cobra for years and like it very well, I heard there is one called the "Whistler 948" that is supposed to real good as well. A guy I work with said he has heard one one called "Cop-Buster" or something...maybe "Fuss Buster"
I need one that does NOT mount on the dash..I travel and some States the local Nazi's have outlaw them to us "free" Americans to own
Don't even bother spending hundreds of dollars on this machine. Police officers are smartening up to the radar deal.
Now when they see a car that is most likely speeding (i.e. passing other cars like crazy) they will point and click which will only set the alarm on the machine off when it happens. By that time the officer has already "radar"ed you and your probably going to get a ticket. Go the speed limit its easier and cheaper.
