GEN2i - The ultimate portable data recorder
What are the responsibillities of the gage manager, launcher and observer/data recorder?
In science we are doing a rocket portfolio, and on one of my pages I am supposed to write the responsibilities of these 3 jobs. A gage manager, a launcher, and a observer/data recorder. Does anyone know what these jobs are, and what are their responsibilities are?
If it helps at all they are jobs for when we launch off our rockets, using air pressure.

You might be best served checking your teacher's lab instructions. He or she likely identified these positions and the responsibilities associated with them. If I give you my best guess, it's likely still not exactly what your teacher provided.
With that said, the gage manager is likely the person using the elevation angle tracking device (such as altitrack) and maybe a stopwatch or two, while the recorder is noting the times and angles. The launcher is likely responsible for the actual operation of the launching device.
