Detector Total Polygraph, Lie Detector Test, to take or not?
I work for a bank with 3 other ladies. Some deposits have come up short (due to customers we believe) the total is 500-1,000 dollars. They have asked us to get tested to prove it is none of us. The bank we work for has other strange ideas and the only reason we believe this is getting done is because one of the bags short was a Board Member's from the bank. Of course this gentleman is above all of us regular people.
So do we take the slap in the face and take the test to prove we are not guilty? Or stand our ground and not take the test? Because if we take the test this will turn out to be an ongoing thing(knowing our bank)!!
P.S. this is the same bank that told us that nothing is on the cameras because the cameras do not cover the tellers. (that is wonderful news right?)

Well if you each have nothing to hide and no loss, then yes take the test and prove your innocence. That way the next time anything may happen they know you were honest and upfront about it last time. Take the test.

Should I Do a Lie Detector Test if my Son's $600 itouch was stolen?
Okay here are the details: I currently own a hotel and (im living in the hotel as of now) so i put his touch on my desk and i had our room cleaned when after it was cleaned someone took his touch and stole it. And i was wondering if i should do a polygraph on my crew to figure someting out. Also is it legal for me to even do it??
p.s. his touch had a lot of extra's on it and so it totaled over 600$$.
Just kidding, I don't think you want one of your smarter employees to have there even smarter lawyers to pull the old (Employee Polygraph Protection Act of 1988) on ya.
(EPPA = Not Legal) The employer cannot require current employees to take an examination, and if an employee refuses a request or suggestion, the employer cannot discipline or discharge the employee based on the refusal to submit to the examination.
