Ecu Chip Tuning
upgrading/tuning our SUV?
we have a 2008 saab 97x aero, better than the trailblazer SS. my dad was looking for a way to boost the HP and torque a little. i suggested the ECU chips, and spark plugs and a new air filter. the only problem is that this car was not widely popular ( i know why) and there are not many issues relating to this car. i was wondering if you cuold send me some links for possible products. and could i use traillblazer SS product on our cuz they have the same engine. thanks
not trying to be a azz but i wouldnt be saying its better then the trailblazer ss without the proof and why was the 'better then' thing added in there? btw from what i read the trailblazer is slightly quicker but im not positive if its true. there will be no noticable diffrence with what you mentioned. im not sure what gears are in them but try something like 4.10's, lighter wheels will help alot, a small shot of nitrous, take out unessesary crap, and try an k&n air filter, a new air box, exhuast, headers, tires. with those they will make it pretty dang quick. and i suggest going on like gto,corvette,trailblazer, and other vehicles that have ls2 from factory websites and ask around.

i want to learn how to tune car to make it run a little better i bought some reflashable chip and is using the crome program to tune..but what eprom programmer do i have to buy to burn the chip...and i need something that will work for laptop because i have no desktop....any help will be appreciated....also i been reading but still dont know what programmer to buy...
