Eyewitness Police Car
I need advice on a legal matter.?
Some woman is trying to do me in for reckless driving at a roundabout. she wasnt even indicating so i had no idea where she wanted to go and i have eyewitnesses to the fact that i had my indicator light flashing and she nearly effing hit me. she stalked me wherever i went until i gave in and pulled up and she asked me was i stupid and said she'd be phoning the police with my reg number to do me in for recklessness. all i could do in this situation was say sorry. and ask if i hit her. which i didnt clearly!
i have her reg down too. i was wondering two things therefore
1: AM I AT FAULT?
2: Is there any way to track her car so i can apologise to her. AGAIN!?
hurry and tell me because i feel paranoid now.
also i fear that i may be arrested or have my license taken from me by the police. so i really am shitting my pants. ive only had it since July.
is it an arrestable predicament?

What would you do if u were me?
In brief there are some mischiefs in our apartment building.One of them bullies and makes trouble for the other residents.He does not increase for the maintenance,breaks most of the Apt's rules and some of the managers resigned for him.Recently he asked for my empty parking for his 2nd car and I denied and put a cement block there but he broke it in my absence (several times).He uses bad lang for most of the residents but there are some problems:1. Police says you need some eyewitnesses(no one wants to be a hero) 2.As I said there are 2 other(mischief) families there ,who will side him when he's alone(he has some people to help him from other places too.) 3.Unfortunately these mischiefs are owners and law can not kick them out easily. 4.It is not possible for me to rent another place or sell my apt. So what do u suggest? Thankyou.
Ugg that stinks...Try to compile evidence against all of them. Start recording their rants and take pictures of the damage. I really hope they leave you alone!
