black knight video quiz?
i'm working on a project where i'm testing eyewitness reliability. im testing it by showing 20 volunteers a video (in this case the robbery scene from the Black Knight) and asking them questions about it. I just need some help coming up with questions that actual police would ask the witnesses. if it helps any, i'll be using this video.

During the eyewitness deposition, the old lady picked someone different than me, and when asked if the suspect had thin hair (which I unfortunately do), she replied "no", "he had a lot of hair and it was spiked". When asked if the police gave her any more information about me she answered "When I picked him, they [police] told me I picked the right guy".

Do you have a lawyer or public defender? Ask that person to petition the court to have the charges dropped for insufficient evidence.
