Is it normal for dogs to attack small wild animals?
I have a 1 year old boxer/ American bulldog mix. Last night I heard a high pitch squealing coming from the back yard. I took a flashlight outside and saw my dog with two dead baby bunnies next to her. Then she came up to me later on at the back door with one in her mouth, almost like I should praise her for this. I feel terrible that this happened and I couldn't stop her in time. My question is, is this just a normal Instinct for some dogs? Or is my dog just mean and gross?
To Jennifer: My dog was outside because that is where she uses the bathroom, sorry the toilet is only for humans. And OK my dog is not mean or gross, I was just grossed out by the whole thing because I have other dogs that have never done this before. But thanks for your answers, I just needed to be re-assured that it is animal instinct because I do feel bad, and that won't change. Easter is around the corner after all.
absalutely normal many dogs do it they feel as though theyre "providing" for their family so basically shes trying to give you a gift and keep you healthy but you probably shouldnt eat it lol you could however train her not to although difficult if it really bothers you that much it may be worth it many animals do this my cat does it with birds mice and rabbits my friends australian shepherd does it and my uncles beagle does it

When will it die already?
i have the virgin mobile kyocera wild card and after a little accident with some water, the flashlight is the only thing still broken. it wont shut off no matter what i do! and its killing the already sucky battery. so i gave up on the idea of it turning off and moved on to the hope that it will die :]
how long do you think it will be before the bulb burns out?
the flashlight was handy and all but it sucked for pictures so i can live without it..
