Folding Knife
How can I tell if a knife is a switch blade or folding knife?
Here's a knife I'm looking at buying:

However, switch blades (where you press a button and the blade springs out) are illegal, so I'm hoping it is just a manual folding knife. How can I tell from the picture which type it is? Looks like there might be a button on it, but I'm not sure.
switch blades are either one: spring loaded and shoot strait up....or 2: spring loaded and shoot out from a fixed point..i.e. in a 180 degree Manner.. either way...its spring loaded

How do you change a blade on a pocket/folding knife?
What are the special tools needed to change a blade out? Where can those tools be bought or found?
Are there special parts that connect to the rotating cuff that I should be aware of or pay special attention to during the process?
If you're going to try to insult me, at least learn to spell correctly first.
Unless your knife is designed to have the blades changed, it is not an easy thing to do. Most knives are riveted together so you cannot easliy take them apart. Secondly, unless you are a knifemaker and can make your own blades, you are not likely to find a blade that will fit your knife even if you were able to get apart successfully. Unless your handle is really something special and you want to replace a broken blade, I'd just go buy another knife. If the handle is something really special and you want to save it by replacing a broken blade, I'd look into either having a custom knife maker do the job for you or possibly sending it back to the factory and having the blade replaced. It's just not a do it yourself job.
