Galls Legal

Almost fatally injured during a surgery, should I consider suing?
So, I had my gall bladder removed on the 12th of this month. The surgeon came out telling my family that everything went perfect, no complications whatsoever. 2 days later I had to go to the hospital because I was in unbearable pain, I thought I was dying. I found out that my bile duct was leaking into my liver because of a complication during my surgery. So basically, I was never told this neither was my family and it was never corrected. I am not the type of person to sue but this has been a horrible ordeal and not to mention the additonal time I will be missing from work. Also, I could have died. What do you think? Should I look into possible pursuing this...as in a legal type of matter?

| | Galls Law $71.7 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles Galls Law is a rule of thumb from John Galls Systemantics: How Systems Really Work and How They Fail. A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked. The inverse proposition also appears to be true: A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be made to work. You have to start over, beginning with a working simple system. Systemantics (a change in typography and underlining indicate that the title is better rendered as SystemANTICS) is a commentary on systems theory and general semantics publications by such thinkers as Ludwig von Bertalanffy and Alfred Korzybski. Although dubbed Galls Law by some, the actual quote is not labeled as such in the original work. The work cites Murphys Law and the Peter Principle and is filled with similar sayings. How do legal immigrants feel about illegal immigration.?
I am an immigrant myself, and after waiting a long time and going through an excruciating process, I finally made it and could not be happier.
For this reason, I find it galling that illegal immigrants are being treated so leniently. I do not think it is their fault, as they are simply trying to find a better life, but they are still breaking the law. I tihnk it is spineless that the government does not take a tougher stance on illegal immigration.
Are there any other legal immigrants who share the same sentiments?
I agree with you...my in laws came here in 1978 and left their children overseas in Fiji until the paperwork went through the right way. My in laws spent six years away from their children but they got them here legally....now i see illegals coming here destroying a system that others have respected. They are nothing but criminals...they should like any other criminal go to jail then get deported. I hear the excuse that "They are coming here to work to provide for their families..." so does the guy car jacking you, the dope dealer selling dope or the guy breaking in your house; that is their way of working to provide for their family...should we have sympathy for them...a criminal is a criminal..We should follow states like Utah..Arizona and Louisiana...these states have refused to show sympathy and have put hefty fines on companies that have hired illegals....in some cases these fines have been so costly where businesses have been forced to shut down...
