Where would you connect a switch panel?
Fuse box, Add-a-circut, battery?

also. im thinking about using all the switches, will doing so do anything? because those 5 wires turn into 1 wire...which then connect to the 12v...would it be too much power for the panel to handle

Assuming the power ratings in watt and dividing them by the voltage (12V) provides single current ratings in amperes:
1) 3W --> 0.25A
2) 3W --> 0.25A
3) 12W --> 1A
4) 48W --> 4A
5) 12W --> 1A
(You can improve this estimate by using the ACTUAL ratings taken from single product data sheets, but there shouldn't be much difference.)
Summing all amps, you get 6.5A, so you can hook it downstream of a dedicated 7.5 or 8A fuse or on an already used one with sufficient margin in terms of A. Depending on whether the equipment has to operate with ignition off, choose the fuse accordingly.
This shouldn't stress the system at all, provided you don't leave everything switched on for hours on end with the engine off.

I want to leave my GPS and radar detector plugged into my car cigarette power adaptor splitter. If I make sure that the devices are turned off and left plugged in, will it put a drain on the car's battery?
the drain should be nominal to where there is no problem but i have seen a few car fires that originate from the cig lighter but hey one in a million likely u r ok just worry about theft if your car is not garaged
